I am really happy doing the masters program at NEU, studying abroad changes your perception of things, really.. and its good staying with my uncle, I can get all the moral support I need. Everything is beyond my expectations here!

Good scores in TOEFL and GRE are required to get into the college. I used Kaplan and Barron books to prepare for the test. I prepared on my own for the F-1 visa documentation. NEU is located in Boston. I initially flew to New York, stayed at my cousins for a week and the he dropped me at Boston campus. Immigration was easy and I did not feel like first time. I flew through KLM and unfortunately they do not offer extra baggage or student fares.

The scholarships are very rare and hard to get.

The course is very good with exceptionally talented staff. The lecture halls, libraries, what not everything is beyond my expectations.

I stay with my uncle, who stays in Boston. Getting on campus job is bit easy. International students are found in lot numbers and are very helpful. Weathers in Boston are always good except in winters, which are bit severe. Socially Boston is busy place and has lot of places for hangouts.

I have seen almost every one of my seniors getting placed. Though I dont know the actual scenario I guess it is easy to find a job here. Alumni association is active, they help you a lot by referring you for positions at their work place.
