I would say come to the university if you want to save your money.

I gave GRE & TOEFL. I referred to Barrons and attended coaching classes too, though I did not use a counsellor. Visa experience was good; Visa Officer asked general question about universities which I got admitted, and so on, it was easy. But it was not easy to get the tickets as it was peak season. I flew by Continental Airways. The agent offered discount not the airline. I first landed at Newark. It was not much far from the college as Monroe is small village town. No excess baggage was allowed. I did not face any issues with immigration as immigration officers were fast and helpful. I did not opt for Meet and Greet service at the airport as one of my friends came and picked me up.

TA/RA both are offered.

Program is good. I personally do not like professors here. Lecture halls are excellent. Library is also good.

I am living in an apartment. It is easy here for internationals to get a part time job .social scene is very sorry in Monroe. Its dead dark here in night & it is terrible. Weather is unpredictable, it rains sometimes. Thank god it does not snow here.

There is no placement cell. No organization came here a year around that I heard of. Alumni are inactive and never talk to recent students.
